Jason Morrell, Director of Sales, Games, Virtual Piggy

As the Director of Sales, Games at Virtual Piggy, Jason oversees the acquisition of new merchants in the gaming space as well as new partners in the payments vertical. Working with current partners like BigPoint, Gaia Online, Changyou, The La Jolla Group, Knex, and Cardinal Commerce, Jason helps companies deal with the issues surrounding youth monetization. Previously, Jason managed international business development at Xsolla USA, an international payment service aggregator, where he worked with gaming companies like Valve Software, World of Tanks, BigPoint, and Aeriagames to provide international payments and monetization support. Prior to Xsolla, Jason worked at a variety of game companies such as Vivendi Games, ActivisionBlizzard, Freeverse Studios and many others, in roles such as Producer, Project Manager and Business Development. Jason focused on mobile and later iPhone titles when the App Store was launched and was at the forefront of free-to-play and in-app monetization when it began in the US.
