Here is what is going on:

1. Location Reminder – Javits Convention Center

The DKC and TLP will be held in the Javits Convention Center Hall E.  Room 15-16
Toy Fair takes up the rest of the the Javits Center.

2. Badge Pick Up – Toy Fair and DKC and TLP

Since Toy Fair starts on Feb. 14, TLP starts on Feb. 15 and DKC starts on Feb. 16 please be aware there are multiple badges for you to pick up, depending on which event you are attending. Please have ID or registration confirmation on hand to nab your badge.

Toy Fair – February 14-17, 2015
DKC and All Access ticket holders have access to Toy Fair Expo Hall.
You can pick up your Toy Fair badge at any Toy Fair registration in the Crystal Palace (Javits top floor) beginning on February 14th.

Toy Learning and Play Summit (TLP) – February 15, 2015
TLP, DKC and All Access ticket holders
You can pick up your TLP badge only in Hall E outside of Room 15-16 beginning at 11 am on Sunday, Feb. 15th.  The TLP first session starts at 1pm.

Digital Kids Conference (DKC)  – February 16-17, 2015
DKC and All Access ticket holders only
You will be able to pick up your DKC badge only in Hall E outside of Room 15-16 beginning at 8:00 am on Monday, Feb. 16th.  The first DKC session starts at 9am.

We are pleased to host a speed networking event on Tuesday, February 16th from 5pm to 6pm in Javits Hall E, right outside of Room 15-16.  This is your opportunity to network with Toy Fair attendees and get new business done. All Toy Fair badge holders are invited.  The location is just a stone’s throw away from the conference room where TLP and DKC are being held.  A cash bar will be available. Your TLP, DKC or Toy Fair badge gets you in.

8. Upgrading Your Badge

9. Shuttle Bus Schedule from Hotels to Javits

DKC and TLP attendees have complimentary use of the Toy Fair shuttle bus to and from the official Toy Fair official hotels and the Javits Center throughout the morning and evening show hours.

10. Wireless at the Javits Center

Wireless access is currently available throughout the Javits Convention Center. As there will be 25,000 people in the building for DKC, TLP and Toy Fair it is not practical to offer wireless to attendees. The Javits center is simply not that well equipped.

Individuals my purchase their own wireless access from Javits. Some areas of Javits also have free wifi (namely the food court). Details will be available through your wireless device’s internet settings onsite at the Javits Center.

Call for Digital Kids Volunteers (This Week Only)

volunteersVolunteer Coordinator for Digital Kids Conference @ Toy Fair – February 15-17, 2015 in New York City at the Javits Center, is accepting applications for a limited number of hard-working, knowledgeable, enthusiastic people who are interested in serving as members of the support team. Volunteers gain full access to the Digital Kids Conference and Toy Fair when they are not working.  You must apply by Friday, February 6, 2015.

If you are interested in participating in the most exciting Digital Kids Conference conference yet, please read and complete the application here. The show is soon, so make your move now as there is only a limited number of volunteer slots available. The Volunteer Coordinator will work with volunteers to insure a percentage of their time is left open to attend portions of the conference.
